Life at SPARK

Our people are split 50:50 between the office in rural Bedfordshire and home-working throughout the UK. We’re flexible with our people because they are flexible with us.

Everyone at SPARK is encouraged to make a difference, whatever their role, and responsibility is a given. We want our people to be successful, both with SPARK and in their careers and share the tools to make that happen.
